Your question

What happens if I have booked accommodation and I don’t get the grades I need to study at NTU?

Your answer

If you hold a conditional offer at the time of booking which is not subsequently made unconditional by the University, and you have booked using the online booking system, a full refund of the booking fee will be made. Please note that your accommodation booking is based on the current course offer that you hold. If you do not attain the necessary grades to take up your conditional offer, your accommodation will be cancelled. Therefore if you reapply to NTU through clearing you will also need to reapply for accommodation.

If you have booked through NTU Student Accommodation with private halls of residence all payments and formal agreements are made directly with the private hall provider. It has been agreed however that any booking fee paid to secure a room will be repaid if you do not fulfil the conditions of your offer to study at NTU and have booked your accommodation through our Student Accommodation Services Team. In order to reclaim your booking fee, you must inform both the private hall provider and the Student Accommodation Services by 4 pm on 1 September.
